Jay spent a decade in the world’s premier advertising agencies before jumping the fence 9 years ago to join Bacardi Global Brands as Head of Digital, Consumer Experience and Engagement Marketing and subsequently to lead the marketing function as Global Head of Brand, Consumer Marketing and Reputation at Virgin Atlantic developing the largest brand purpose exercise in the history of the company. Jay’s work in brand transformation for some of the world’s most innovative companies is credited with a pantheon of international awards from One Show Pencils through to Webby’s, affectionately regarded as the Oscars of the internet and is well suited to lead XPRIZE into the twenty-first century.
