Kristina Francis is a systems strategist, innovation leader, and ecosystem builder dedicated to transforming the way society supports individuals, families, and communities. As the Chief Possibility Officer, Kristina and team discovers, tests, and scales bold efforts to reimagine human systems with insight and intention—where families flourish, communities are connected, and scalable solutions replace the status quo.

Kristina most recently served as Executive Director of JFFLabs, the innovation engine of Jobs for the Future (JFF), where she led initiatives at the intersection of emerging technology, equitable economic advancement, and workforce transformation.

Kristina held roles from Software Developer to CEO  advising public and private sector clients on strategy, organizational transformation, software implementations, and human capital. Several companies that she worked with include: Esteem Logic, Booz Allen Hamilton, General Dynamics, and  SAIC.  Her work has consistently centered on unlocking potential—whether in systems, organizations, or people.

A trusted advisor to social impact organizations and early-stage ventures, Kristina serves on several boards and brain trusts to include: XPrize Learning and Society Brain Trust, Academy of Hope(DC), Templeton Academy(DC, TN), CivStart, Black Girl Ventures, The Agora Initiative. She is known for her unmatched ability to identify promising models, scale innovative ideas, and forge transformative partnerships that advance economic opportunity.
